My journey into the Kimberelys didn't really take me that far. In fact, I had a lot less than 100 kilometers on unsealed road. Tonight I stopped at the beautiful Windjana Gorge. I don't have any information on the birding here but it is the premier spot in Australia to see Freshwater Crocodiles and is a beautiful spot as well. The day was a bit overcast and rain has come and gone throughout the afternoon so after a short walk through the beginning of the gorge, I retired to my campsite for the afternoon. Tomorrow Iwill explore the area much more thoroughly.
