I never thought the sun would ever come back out but just after sunrise this morning it turned into a beautiful clear day though quite windy and still very cool but otherwise very nice. I even got to get the camera out and make a few new images just north of Tennant Creek. Ifound a very cooperative Grey-fronted Honeyeater and Mistletoebird and came away with some nice images. After not touching the camera for a while it was nice to get behind it again. Other than that Ibasically drove. I arrived near Kunoth Well just off the Tanami Track about sunset and hope to spend the next few days looking for Slaty-backed Thornbills and the very elusive Grey Honeyeater. We will see how things go.
