I had quite a successful morning with a pair of quite cooperative Purple-gaped Honeyeaters that were content to pose as I photographed them for quite. When they had had enough and moved on, so did I. This time, I headed back north a bit to try and photograph the Cape Barren Geese I saw yesterday on my south. Unfortunately, the birds weren't whereI had seen them the previous day and by the time I found the flock there was only a pair that were close enouogh for me to photograph them. In the failing light I managed to get a couple frames that came out ok but overall I was a bit disappointed. Early evening showers meant an early night for me.
