This morning I decided to pass up another chance to search for the Ground Parrots and continue my relaxation. By noon or so I packed up and got on the road and headed for Cradle Mountain where I plan to spend the next few days. The drive was pretty uneventful and I arrived mid afternoon. After doing a bit of initial exploring, I found a campsite and returned to photograph near sunset. It turned out that the light wasn't quite at the angle I wanted, but I was still pleased with the images I came away with. I think I am going to try again in the morning.
