Today the rain continues though most of the day it was just a light drizzle. As far as photographing goes, the rain isn't that big of a problem since Iwant to photograph the contrast of the new growth and the charred black trunks of the forest as it recovers from the bushfires a year ago. However, making these images requires a the foliage to hold dead still for several seconds and the wind today made that absolutely impossible. Despite being unable to take the images I wanted to take, I still had a nice day exploring the area. I tried to photograph some Grey Currawongs but didn't have a lot of success. I plan to be here another night so hopefully the wind will drop off tomorrow but once again, I have my doubts.
