Today Istarted my trip up the Cape York Peninsula. I didnt' have far to go and really today wasn't very difficult as far as driving goes. Most of the day was on sealed roads adn just a bit of dirt roads that were all in great condition. I arrived at Artemis Station, just south of the Musgrave Roadhouse and spent the evening looking for the Golden-shouldered Parrot with no luck. Tomorrow I will continue to search for the bird and hopefully they will come in to drink in the morning.
