This morning Wanye continued to show me around the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. This region is quite a stunning landscape with eroded ancient volcanoes with rainforests at the top and beautiful valleys below. Wayne and I spent most of the morning photographing in one of the local rainforests and Ihad quite a spectacular morning. While Ididn't photograph any birds I had not photographed before, I did get much better images of several species including the Yellow-throated Scrubwren above.
I had planned to head south this afternoon into Brisbane but we ended up spending most of the afternoon and early evening doing some research on birds and locations so that I never got on the road. Tomorrow morning though should find me on the road again and continuing south.
